- Avoid anything that can cause heat (saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, hot tubs, hot yoga) for the first 24 hours
- Avoid any laser treatment on the treated area for 1 month
- Please do not drink alcohol to avoid bruising for 24 hours
- Avoid drinking hot water, using any kind of straws, and kissing for at least 24 hours after getting injected
- Avoid intense exercise for the first 24 hours to reduce swelling and bruising
